KATE McARTHUR | ASSOCIATE WATER
Many years in various non-government and local government roles has given Kate excellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills which she applies to resolving tensions around the management of water. Kate is an excellent communicator of science and an experienced expert witness and independent commission with a strong interest in Māori water values and resource management.
Kate's areas of expertise include:
